The reason may be anything but the solution to these type of problems is resetting or restarting the iPhone. But what if the phone is not at all responding and it is not possible to reboot?

In that situation, we need to hard reset iPhone 8 or force restart your iPhone. Since the Home Button was removed from the iPhone 7, it has been a little trickier to hard reset the above iPhone models.

In the iPhone 7, we had to just press the Volume down and Side(Power) button at the same time, till the Apple Logo appeared on the screen and then the phone will restart.

But in the newer models like iPhone 8 and above, pressing the Volume Up/Down and Side(Power) buttons activates the Emergency SOS feature.

So, how will you do the hard reset of your iPhone 8 and above iPhones?

Don't worry, it's very simple!!!

Follow the below steps to hard reset iPhone 8 and above iPhones.
